Fantastic completely renovated apartment with large terrace, located in the very center of Fuengirola, 100 m from Constitution Square and 200 m from the main beach. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, an office, a very large living room with dining room opening onto a magnificent covered terrace of 20m². The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. Accessible to people with reduced mobility with elevator and stair lift at the entrance to the residence. Everything within reach, the beach, restaurants, shops, direct train to Malaga airport (20 minutes, Fungirola stop) and Malaga. A car is not necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is central with easily accessible services: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, medical centers, car rental, language schools and attractions for children. On foot the residence is ideally located: -2 mins from the beach -3 mins from Plaza de la Constitución -5 mins from BIOPARC park -1O mins from Fuengirola train station (direct train access to Malaga international airport in 30 mins). For those who choose the car Marbella is 20 minutes away, Malaga 25 minutes away, Granada 1h30 and Seville 2h15.
