Misleading
This property could be a gem if looked after properly but unfortunately we were mis-sold what looked to be beautiful outdoor space upon booking to arrive and find the pictures in the advert where not a true reflection.We booked this accommodation for the outdoor space with sunloungers, rattan furniture etc to get there and find these un-useable! The loungers where ripped and could not be sat on as would have fell through them and the rattan furniture not only had missing seat cushions (the ones that were on the furniture where filthy) but was bust and again un-useable. The cleanliness inside the property left alot to be desired with the fridge and kitchen floor being filthy, as well as curtains in bedroom, cushions on sofa and very tired looking furniture. The smaller terrace had random junk threw into a corner including sheets rolled into a ball and a broken clothes horse. Upon contacting the company they were most unhelpful and said the outdoor furnishings were useable, they were not unless i wanted to fall through and have a trip to the hospital (see pictures) they did send someone to "clean" they came and half cleaned the fridge. We ended up having to purchase cleaning products ourself to make it useable. We contacted the company several times during the first 2 days and they were most unhelpful/rude only answering parts of our queries or not answering at all, to the point we gave up trying as it was consuming and ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing break.
