"We stayed for more than 10 days and had a confortable, pleasant stay. It is far from Madrid but metro and train travel is fast and easy. However, transportation was expensive and consumed much of our budget. The hotel could arrange for sale of metro and renfe cards in its facilities or provide information about transportation and proces. I would definitely stay here again."

"I loved how close it was to La Serna station. Once you hop on that train which comes frequently, you can easily get into central Madrid. There is a McDonald's nearby and an Aldi (grocery store). My room was spacious and clean. I was happy with the condition of my room. The housekeeper also came everyday to tidy my room, throw out trash etc. They provide hand soap and shampoo which doubles as body wash. "Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
