"Great location, we had Mount Fuji view rooms and we lucky enough to see Mount Fuji in all its glory! Rooms were clean and tidy. Not many reasturants in walking distance but a few nice ones. Breakfast seemed expensive so we grabbed some from the lawsins nearby. "

"Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop. The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes. The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit. "

"The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot. "

"Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation"

"Stunning property. You get the whole building to yourself. It’s like a townhome with 3 floors. You have a roof top. I selected to have a view of Mt. Fuji. Thankfully the weather was clear and we could see it all day even at night. The place was near the Fuji HighQ amusement park. You should definitely check it out if you can. The place was clean and had great features. The shades went up automatically when you put the card on the wall for the lights to turn on etc. 2 restrooms with shower (upstairs and downstairs). I loved everything and wish I stayed in the area longer. The staff were helpful and kind. They even held our bags because we got there before check-in time. The staff is only there till 8 or 9pm I believe. So you need to check in before they leave. They send you a message about the process and if you check-in late. We used their e-bikes to explore the area and that was fun. You had to return it by 6pm and it was doable for us. Definitely book here if you can! I will when I visit again with more time. "

"This is a very old and dated hotel. They allow smoking in all the rooms. At least the windows opened. Good thing it was spring. Staff do not speak English, so made communication difficult. "
