"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. "Hotel is about 1.5 km from train station, walkable if not with much luggage, or a short 1000 yen taxi ride away. Room was quite large, and while room had private bathroom, the large, indoor public bath on the first floor was very nice and relaxing, very clean and large. There was also a smaller outdoor bath on a covered patio and garden area, with views of Mt Fuji (but not while actually sitting in the bath due to a fence to maintain privacy). Wifi in the room was excellent, which is not always the case with some hotels we stayed at in Japan. There was an outdoor patio on the 3rd floor between the two hotel buildings that offered clear, unobstructed views of Fujisan as well. Easy to use and very convenient laundry facilities on site as well! There is a Lawson konbini adjacent to the property and a shopping mall close by with a grocery store and some other shops. We highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area."

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The staff of this hotel are some of the best in the business. We appreciated their genuine, courteous, and hardworking efforts to give us a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding. The spaciousness of the suite was a delight after staying in smaller hotel rooms in other parts of Japan. However, there was black mold (unfixed water damage) and dirtiness in the bathroom of our suite that made us quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we had chosen this hotel specifically for the purpose of enjoying the tennis courts and other fitness facilities, which were each in disrepair and significantly neglected. The neglect of the outside property was so significant that it made it impossible to use them. This was very disappointing to us. We wished that we had therefore stayed elsewhere."
