"The room was small but everything you need was there. Very clean. There is natural spring water bath on the 10th floor which I loved. The relaxing room next to it smelled a bit cigarette. The washing machine is free and the dryer is ¥100 for 20 minutes. The hospital is near by and you might hear ambulance sometimes."

"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

"30 minute walk from station or 10 minutes bus ride with 5 minutes walk or quick or affordable taxi. Onsen was great. Lots of amenities. Park with cherry blossoms, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Overall, a great stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel has ample parking and the staff are very friendly. The only drawback is that the bathroom is very small. However, it is a very nice place to stay and the price is very reasonable. "

"A true B&B-style experience a short distance from Hirosaki station, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming and the facility is charmingly decorated with memorabilia of their family. It feels like you're being adopted for a couple days by sweet Japanese grandparents."

"Close to a JR station and walkable to the main Odate station, close to a bus stop and the desk is helpful to call a Taxi if that is what you are after instead. Close to the Akita Museum and places to eat, about a 4-5 minute walk to the nearby Lawson's as well as about a 10-15minute walk to the mall which has a big shop for food and drinks as well as a Daiso. Peaceful area, beautiful views of nature and the mountains that surround Odate. I just wish there had been an outlet next to the bed but honestly for an overnight that's all I can say for a negative. Staff was very nice, and did speak English."
