"Restaurant was beyond rude to my two teen boys who came down for dinner. They would barely serve them, refused to provide a to-go box for their leftovers, and my older son had to track them down after they had his credit card for payment for over 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. One of my boys woke up throwing up at 11:30 pm and the other had bad stomach cramps. Coincidence? I think not."

"Stayed for 13 days. Cute little town. We really enjoyed our stay. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minute walk from JR, all variety of restaurants and shops near JR station even a puffer fish restaurant. The best Ramen shops (Panda) and (Homemade Ramen Muginae)limit 100 bowls a day, right across the street. Every morning seeing people waiting lining up for the shops to open. Hotel staffs are really helpful and professional. Airport shuttle is a plus. Definitely five stars."

"The check-in was efficient by machine. But because of this there is no information given about the room or breakfast, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Breakfast involves going outside around a walkway on the 2nd floor to the eaterie across the building and presenting the voucher to gain access to the buffet (which is also open to the public). The food was good however, with quite a lot of choice. The room was quite spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom itself. The hotel location is really close to the NW exit from Yokohama station, so it was easy to get to with suitcases. There are many restaurants and bars in the local area, but also quick trains to the harbour abd Chinatown."

"Staff, AC, and breakfast was excellent. However, we booked bay club room for 3 nights, breakfast was fine either at the lounge or downstairs buffet, the cocktail hour is a different story. Available non alcoholic drinks was excellent with many choices, but the food items at cocktail hour were exactly the SAME for all 3 nights. I would recommend changing at least one item for each night so that guest that are staying multiple nights won't get bored with cocktail hour food."
