"Great location and a clean modern accommodation. Just a few things we noticed could've helped with our stay~an iron/ironing board, a cork screw opener (for a bottle of wine), hangers for hanging clothes in the closet, and paper towels for the kitchen or kitchen towel for wiping table/dishes, etc... Beside those minor things, it was a nice place and I'd certainly stay there again if I came back to Enoshima!"

"Staff are very helpful. On our last day, we will miss the breakfast due to early flight. The reception staff made sure that we will be provided with packed breakfast. It was a delicious “bento”, sandwiches, pastries and orange juice. Thank you Intercontinental staff. We will definitely be back."

"Stay was quiet, the room was so clean they give you a blue light, you would have to request an iron if you need one and a microwave is on the floor with the laundromat. There are so many options for food near by, along with a pharmacy, a coffee shop “Tullys”, a Konbini for the real Japan experience and the subway is literally just outside the door and one stop from the international airport terminal 3. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop! It’s usually no one up there and you can watch the planes fly over head. You can see Tokyo tower from the hotel and there is bridge that takes right into a little town where you can explore. Not to mention you can travel to almost anywhere from the subway station, Asakusa, Shibuya, Ginza, Akihabara all within a 30-1hr trip. Rooms are appropriately sized for my expectations coming to Japan."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. Despite being close to the railway tracks, it was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and separate toilet were very clean, and I enjoyed taking a bath every night after a long day of sightseeing. The only major issue was a scheduled five-hour power outage in the building. We were not informed of this at the time of booking. Only after our reservation had been confirmed did we receive a notification from the hotel explaining that the information had been available on its Japanese website. However, the website was inaccessible due to security updates, and the hotel claimed that it had been unable to share this information through overseas booking platforms. The hotel offered free cancellation, but by that point, it was too close to our travel dates to find another hotel within a reasonable price range. No alternative compensation was offered. I was disappointed with how the hotel handled this inconvenience, and their response fell below my expectations. That said, aside from this issue, our stay was comfortable, and the hotel was a great choice for our family of three, including our four-year-old child."
