Porter service was convenient and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Toyota car rental in located in the same building. Will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Kanazawa. "

"This is a near perfect hotel to stay in while visiting Kanazawa as a tourist. The hotel - situated in the heart of the high end shopping district - is a short walk to the main fish market, the samurai district or a beautiful park entrance to Kanazawa Castle park. You can walk to the main historic district as well, but that is a 15-20 minute walk so the viability of that walk is up to you. There is a 24 hour convenience store across the street for last minute snacks. The hotel is very clean and modern, making it perfect for business travelers or couples, but there were also families here as well. The service is exactly what you’d expect from a Japanese business; everyone is friendly and helpful. They also spoke more than enough English if you need that. "

"The property was amazing! Getting to the lobby is a little confusing. Right when you enter you need to first take an elevator to lobby to check in. Other then that, the rooms, breakfast was excellent. "

"The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station--very convenient. Check in took too much time (my name was not easily found in their computer). Also, they were not very helpful about transportation to Komatsu airport. "
