Appreciation to the hotel staff

We found that we left our souvenior in the hotel after we returned home. We emailed the hotel and, after repeated extensive search by the hotel staff, our souvenior was found. The staff was so helpful that they sent the item to another hotel in Osaka (while my friend was visiting Osaka). They also proactively liaised with the hotel in Osaka to make proper arrangements in advance. Their service quality and helpfulness far exceeded our expectation!

大部分是滿意的，少部分可以改善。 優點：1）近天神地下街西12B出口，逛街很方便。2）房間空間足夠也乾淨整潔。3）冷氣高效，調較後可以訊速變冷變暖。4）花灑水力夠，水温也可以效調較，洗頭水沐浴露也不錯。5）隨近有幾家2300左右關門的藥妝店和24小時的Donki，方便購物。 缺點：1）我房間的雪櫃和空氣清新機有一股很重的大蒜味，懷疑是上一個旅客放了幾公斤泡菜或大蒜在雪櫃內，導致我住了4晚是不敢再打開雪櫃，否則整間房間都會充斥著大蒜味。如果酒店把這細節都處理好，大概可以給5星評價。2）我想找酒店幫忙Call的士，但晚上問和早上問的答案不一樣，晚上問的員工英文很好，說可以幫忙call大款車型的的士，但到早上員工英文不太好，說call的士不能選擇車型；問到第三位員工回答不能選擇車型也要付400円call車費，建議我會自己在街上選擇喜歡車型的的士乘坐。回答的不一樣讓顧客有點失望，希望可以加強培訓表達能力。（在司機繞道回迴避塞車的情況下，到機場車費大約2800円，給大家參考）

朝食のメニューが豊富で、心を込めて作ってくださっているのが伝わってきました。地元福岡や九州のメニューがあって楽しめました。とてもおいしかったですが、ミント味のマフィンだけがまずかったです。普通のマフィンなら良かったです。 外観と反して、部屋の設備が古かったです。シャワーカーテンがカビ臭かったのが家族に不評でした。バスタオルが分厚過ぎて髪の毛が拭きにくいと娘が言っていました。
