"The hotel exceeded our expectations from the location, to the breakfast, to the staff. We had some issues with the AC and the staff was super quick to respond and fix the issue. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. There was a great assortment and everything was delicious and fresh. If you’re looking to take the tube, note that West Brompton is the closest station, not Earls Court. We found getting around incredibly easy, as the station was within view of the hotel. Would return again. "

"Poor noise insulation. Could hear every creak of the floor of the room above. Could hear every little sound from the street. Colleague's room had a humm coming out of a wall (perhaps where the restaurant fans are). The humming persisted over the two night stay."
