"EXTREMELY OVERPRICED The building is extremely old and has not been updated. Old AC units Bathroom and sick were dirty. Windows dirty...I would definitely not recommend"

"Check in was confusing if you didn't choose on line check.in. Staff were not at the hotel between 12pm and 5pm as was indicated. Continental breakfast was meager"

"Very nice place, just basic and old-fashioned. Great for self-catering. All amenities - esp A/C - worked well (no hairdryer). Bed very comfortable. Easy 20 min walk distance to Festival theater and 30 to the others. Close to shopping."

"Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room."

"I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!"
