"This apartment was in a great spot right by Columbus Square. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, and if not, it was a two minute walk from the subway. The air conditioning was especially helpful as we were there during a heat wave. The only thing I took one star off for was the sofa bed; it wasn’t really a bed more like an extended sofa, and the extension kept collapsing while we were on it, so obviously it wasn’t very sufficient. But overall great experience!"

The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! "customer service was quick and attentive in answering all my questions. We never used Latch to check in and we were worried since tech and wifi can be iffy to certain things out of our control. The only negative part was there was a huge hole in the wall on the bedroom entrance sharing the living room space so it was an eye sore.
