Also the housekeeping staff does not communicate amongst each other how long a guest is staying in their room. Two mornings in a row housekeeping aggressively tried to enter our room after banging on every door on the floor at 8:30 a.m. offering housekeeping"

"Under construction. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Ppl at the front desk at night wasn’t there. People were smoking marijuana day and night by the front door of the hotel. Hotel staff did nothing. We had 2 young kids with us"
