"Was not made aware that the hotel was under major construction. The “heated” pool was not warm and there were no towels in the pool area. The fitness area was out of service bc of the construction. Two major reasons for booking the hotel. Would’ve looked further had I known they weren’t available. "

"Check in person was on the phone, never acknowledged us. I handed my license to her and said we’re checking in. She said 2 things: $25 amenities charge and nodded towards key pad followed by “one key or two”. No other communication. Check out was worse - girl behind the counter was on the phone and never even looked up. Customer service was nonexistent."

"Clean and in good condition with good professional staff, great breakfast and convenient location with decent adjacent restaurant. However tub/showers can be somewhat hairy, with no grab bars with challenging entry. "

"Breakfast muffins and coffee were the best part of breakfast , everything else was 2 stars when it came to breakfast , the Otis spunkmire cookies were delicious , elevator was sketchy, but the beds in the room as well as AC was 5 Stars Tv was limited per usual Shower floor was clean but didn’t look it Room was 4.5 out of 5"
