"Room smelled strongly of cleaning solution. There was no shelf in the walk in shower to put soap or shampoo, only the floor. There are no bars or handles for handicapped patrons either in the room or public restroom near the lobby. Toilets were low to the ground. As a handicapped senior citizen, this was a problem. Hotel was being renovated and wasn’t completely finished. Trim work on the inside of the bathroom door looked as if a beaver had been gnawing on it. "

We booked under the impression it was Best Western Premier with breakfast and while we were there it changed to City Express and they had no breakfast and coffee was cold. The only reason I’m giving them 2 start is because the staff was great and I know it was not there fault. "
