"We arrived and found the property under renovations. Painting the exterior and room upgrades. We were not notified of renovations prior to stay. It was a one night stay so we didn’t feel the need to change hotels but it still felt awkward. "

"Pool was out of service We stayed 3 nights only got housekeeping 1 day No full breakfast- continental breakfast which does not accurately describe on the hotel description. Won’t book another spark hotel again. Rooms and bathroom very outdated. "

"Rude check in lady. When we came in she said we smelled like smoke and wanted my credit card for an additional security deposit on top of the regular security deposit! I told her we knew there was no smoking in the room so we smoked before checking in! There are better choices all around them. Pick one of them instead!"

"Pleasantly surprised! While not on par with premium hotels, it makes up the gap in affordability...a real bargain compared to properties like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, etc. Parking is free and close to rooms. Their breakfast buffet featuring an omelet bar with a very accomodating chef was outstanding...better than many pricey alternatives like Marriott or Hilton. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. "
