"The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We chose this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our kids and when we got there the pool was closed - despite being advertised as open on their website. I understand things happen but we requested to cancel 1 of our 2 night stay and get a refund. The staff said they couldn’t help until the manager was in on Monday and to contact then. When contacted on Monday, they said they couldn’t refund because we stayed our entire booking, even though we didn’t. Both front desk staff I spoke to were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Incredibly poorly run hotel. "

The 3 4x4 inch pillows were a joke, and not to mention when I asked for some real pillows, they had no more pillows available. Water to shower was barely lukewarm. Would not recommend. "
