"I stayed on the first floor, all the way to the right at the end of hall. I had NO HOT WATER at all, and very little water pressure when I tried to use the shower the next morning! I had to check out without showering that morning because I had to get to a project meeting. When I checked out, the attendant stated that they thought they had the problem fixed and that they thought it was on the opposite end of the first floor. He took my name and number and said he would notify management. The stay was on 4/7, and I have not been contacted as of yet. A simple refund or a free night would be the appropriate way to remedy the situation."

"Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again. "

"The pool was poorly maintained and water was cloudy! Ice maker was broke and the hallways smelled like pot! "

The room was clean, and had everything we needed, the lock in our door , the one that flips over was broken and sometimes the door was very hard to shut and open, but other than that ok, had I been staying alone , I would have asked to switch rooms because of the lock. The buffet was very good. Overall very good experience. "

"Disappointed that there was construction, leaky roof, pool noise until late at night, hot tub signage and advertising but not available, and an elevator that made my husband fear for his life. "
