"We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West and had mixed feelings about the experience. At first glance, the hotel and room appeared clean and well maintained. The common areas were presentable, and the room initially gave a positive impression. Unfortunately, that impression changed when I went to take a shower. I found a used bar of soap left behind on a shower ledge that clearly had not been wiped down between guests. Even more concerning, the shower floor was extremely slippery....

"It was clean to our expectation. A little disappointed there was no bathing soap. Breakfast was to our liking. Not much to complaint about. All we wanted was organized room and immaculate bed"

"The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine."

"The property is older, the room smelled like piss and the first night the sheets needed to be changed right away due to pubic hairs and specks of blood on them. The staff were nice though."

"67 years old and was placed on second floor all the way to the end. Was to far to walk back and forth to elevator for pool or breakfast. No near by vending machines or ice Bed cover was stained. No shower wash very very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. One wash cloth. Window blinds were ripped. Did not enjoy my stay"

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed."

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly...

"The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking"

"Very clean. Breakfast was good. Parking wasn't the best because you had to walk up stairs and across the way and they charged $14 a day"
