"The property itself is nice, clean and met my expectations. The area is a red light district so not ideal for me and my family. The area still felt safe since there were so many tourists. There is a 711 on the ground floor which is convenient, but there were homeless people hanging out right oustide. ..."

"The walkway from Shinagawa station is not smooth enough to be rolling/pushing luggage to check into hotel. also, no cover during rain. I realize there are renovations on-going but I hope they make it more comfortable to transit from the station to the front desk for check in. thank you"
