"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Overally a great hotel in a superb location. Only an 8 minute walk from Ikebukuro station.
The dining area was great. The restaurant was always buzzing and the food and drink options were good.
The weekly share a meal with someone from another country/culture is a great idea."

"Fantastic location, minutes to the subway and a few steps around the corner to Nakamise and Senso-ji temple. Clean, compact - very, only downside is the rooms are not soundproofed and with the bathrooms located outside of the rooms, those coming in late or leaving early can be heard. Ok if people are considerate, but in our case they were not. However we would stay again because of the amazing location, right in the thick of it, and a women only hostel."

"This hotel wins solid ratings all around! I loved, loved, loved the location. The hotel is connected to the Uni-Glo mall. It is also right across the street from Don Quixote. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the welcome drinks in the bar area. There is also a little ice cream and roasted chestnut shop directly parallel from the entrance. It is super yummy! I definitely recommend this hotel."
"Not as happy as the last 4 stays.
Paid to upgrade to a Skytree view.
The first day, the amenities in the bathroom were not replaced with a clean set, left with whatever was not used from the last guests.
On the third or fourth night, from our 7 nights stay, tooth brushes were not replaced.
A few nights, Japanese tea bags were not replenished. Had to request for them.
The staff were still very friendly and helpful."
"Great staff
Attentive and caring
Has luggage forwarding and direct limousine to both Haneda and Narita airports
Clean room with lots of toiletries
Great location
Onsite laundry is a bonus "
"Nice on the surface level impression, but stingy about the things that mattered. The rooms had 3 trays of shower caps, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, etc., which were mostly unnecessary. The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news."
"Plenty of breakfast options even for picky eaters. Close proximity toTokyo Skytee and close proximity to train station. The staff was incredibly helpful."
