Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Roughly 15 minute walk to asakusa station, 2 minute walk to sensoji temple, and 5 minutes to asakusa view hotel to take a limousine bus to the airport. I felt very safe and seen when I was at the hotel. The front desk staff is amazing and super quick with serving their guests. The area around the hotel was great and easily walkable. I will definitely be back at this hotel in the near future!!

It is a beautiful hotel right next to the rail and bus system which was a huge plus for us! A mall and plenty of restaurants all within a short walking distance…free shuttle to and from Disney made traveling hassle free

Hotel connected to large mall. 6 - 8 minute walk to 2 different train lines. Lobby of hotel is on 2nd floor and little difficult to find. Free shuttle from mall to higashi ginza, ginza, and haneda terminal 3. 1 train station away from toyosu senkyaku banrai and fish auction.

Great location and comfortable

I was a bit skeptical, as I saw multiple APA hotels in my search, but that is because of how good it is. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a moto of "Simplified Luxury" which is exactly what it was. It was very walkable to all the major spots of Shinjuku we were looking for- the station, the tourist spots, etc. Also, all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room itself, while small by design, met all our expectations. Extra toilietry items, robes, pajamas, indoor slippers, water...

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

The stuffs so friendly and nice. I found elevator front joyo-bank from Ueno station underground walkways. If you have heavy suitcase, its convenient. I’ll be back.

Very good location and close to Tokyo Station. We really appreciate the receptionist, Mr. Lau, he went extra miles to accommodate to our needs. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
