The shower leaked, the bathroom door is sticky and you have to call the company to meet you at the apartment to get in. There was no lock box. We saw a friend's apartment close by which was the same price and it was beautiful. When we had an issue and called and emailed the company OVER 10 times, there was no response for over 24 hours! "Grosszügiges, modernes Appartment, stilvoll mit Designermöbeln eingerichtet, mit Sonos Soundsystem,2 modernen Bädern etc. Das ganze Haus ist in sehr neuwertigem Zustand. Der Vermieter ist innerhalb von Minuten bei Fragen erreichbar gewesen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und das nette Shoppingcenter Forum Madeira. Dort gibt es auch Taxis mit denen man f 10 Euro zur Funchal Marina fahren kann."
