Beco Santa Emília 2H is an apartment with a separate workspace — the right choice in Funchal for those who want to combine rest and remote work.

The apartment, on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, is 69 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table and a kitchen, a bathroom and an office with a small desk and a sofa bed.

It also includes a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven with microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, air conditioning in the living room, a heater, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and the seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Nearby there are cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine lodges, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

A car is not necessary: the Aerobus stop is 850 m away and there are bus stops 150 m away. By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

There is no parking on the property. There are two public car parks 140 m from the building and, at night and at weekends, it is possible to park for free on nearby streets.

There are security cameras in the building's common areas.

Although the street is quiet, this is a city apartment: there may be traffic noise at peak times, noise from people in the street and, temporarily, from repairs in neighbouring apartments.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
