On the ground floor, family or friends' moments come to life in an open-plan social area, which combines a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant central island, a spacious dining room and a comfortable and welcoming living area. This floor also has a common bathroom and spaces dedicated to wellness and leisure: a room with gym equipment and a billiards table, and even an office with a sofa bed, ideal for those working remotely or needing an extra space.

Outside, the magic continues. The pool area invites refreshing dips under Madeira's blue sky, while the solarium with sunbeds allows you to enjoy the island's mild climate.

Nearby, a charming barbecue area with an outdoor dining table creates the perfect setting for long and relaxed dinners.

Also, for the more active, there is a synthetic grass play area at the back of the house, ideal for fun moments.

Located in a very calm and quiet area, near the famous Pico dos Barcelos viewpoint, Villa Beausoleil is just 5 minutes by car from Funchal's centre. Access can be made by public transport, although renting a car is always preferable.

Very close to the residence is one of the city's most well-known avenues, Avenida das Madalenas. Here you will find restaurants, cafés and bakeries, banks, clinics, parks and much more!

This is in turn very close to the highway, which allows you to easily explore and discover the beautiful island of Madeira.
