Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé puisque vous êtes à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Funchal. A notre arrivée l'appartement était propre hormis une poubelle qui n'avait pas été vidé. En revanche, l'appartement est assez humide ce qui dégage une odeur constante d'humidité dans les pièces. Le logement est très spacieux pour le nombre de personne indiqué. Si vous avez une voiture il est assez facile de se garer dans la rue.
