"We stayed in Room 220. Was not my favorite room. I didn’t think to question it since we have stayed many times before with no issues. I booked a King Lake View Room. The room was clean and spacious but very dark and was not Lakeview. It was parking lot view. That was the only downside. Other than the view great location and nice staff and property. Will be staying again in October for SeaWitch fest. "

"We had a great stay! The property is very clean which we appreciated. The host was accommodating when we said we will arrive early; we were able to check in right away. Parking was easy enough and we were able to unload in front of the property. You couldn't ask for a nicer view! Items that could use a little attention - The shower in the bathroom could use fixing. It leaked on the bottom and therefore the water pressure was not great. Also, the mirror could be changed. Hard to see yourself in it. This was in the hall bathroom. In the Master bedroom there is nowhere to hang clothes or store clothes. The bathrooms could use a hook on the back of the doors to hang towels. There is a towel rack in the Master bathroom, but only one towel fits on. It is a tastefully decorated and spacious property. The Welcome Bag was also appreciated after a long drive. Thank you for sharing your property. We had a great time!"

"We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. Also the room we rented had cracks and the place looks old and in need of repair in my opinion."

"This is a very nice hotel super close to the boardwalk. There is decent parking within the hotel and on street. The hotel is located in the heart of things in Rehoboth Beach. The room was well furnished and had a balcony. The bathroom is small. I would definitely stay here again."

"Place was way out of date very small,AC unit worked but was very noisy. Charged a 14.99 cleaning resort fee which is outrageous. That fee made this hotel more expensive then a nicer one they don't tell u about this fee until you check in. BEWARE!"
