"Beautiful hotel. The staff were so nice. Cars are not allowed in the city, the hotel picks you up from the dropping off place. Needs to be coordinated with the hotel. This hotel has many stairs. The room was comfortable."

"It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine. This was not handled the way you expect from Relais & Chateaux. "

Slaven, the owner, is a very friendly guy, he organized our breakfast early in the morning, before the usual time and the other owner took us to the parking lot after breakfast. The room we had was well furnished and the bathroom was clean and modern. "Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service. "
