"Impeccable. I wanted a nice upscale stay and the well known hotel with the garden was not super accommodating when I called them to reschedule my trip, in fact they were rude. I decided to take a chance and find somewhere else and did I find a gem! We stayed in the Villa. It was incredible and the grounds were stunning. A short walk to the lake as well. We were disappoints that we tried to canceled house rental they refused cost me 500$ for not using this house . we did tried to cancelled almost a week.Others were helpful and respected each other.
