"Room is huge and clean. Got the room with 2 double beds and it was fine for my family of 4. Location wise had to walk 10-15 mins to the train/bus station, and it’s a longer walk to reach shopping, food and tourist spots. Onsens were good, breakfast spread is good, no complaints. "

The train station was behind us and the promised soundproofing was great. Some staff were able to speak English and were incredibly kind and helpful. Love the eco cleaning system! Top marks to all of them. Hotel very conveniently located near the old town. I would recommend trying at least once the Japanese breakfast provided by the hotel. "
