"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"家族５人で利用させて頂きました。 駐車場一台無料が本当に助かりました！駐車の場所も停めやすく、コンビニも同じビルの一階にあり、非常に便利でした。リネンや室内も清潔でまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。 ただ、冷蔵庫内に飲みかけのミネラルウォーターがあったり、ソファーをベッドに組み立ててみると、中がゴミだらけで忘れ物のアクセサリーやペンが出てきたのでカウンターに置いておきました。 それ以外は良かったのではないかと思います。"

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"立地や設備、アメニティに関しては、必要十分で、家族が多いので、部屋数と広さ、宿泊数を考えても、旅行の拠点としては、コスト以上の満足感が得られました。ありがとうございました。 　しかし、セキュリティ面と清掃面が残念でした。到着した際にドアの施錠がされておらず不安になりました。また、あとで気づいたのですが、ベランダにつながる大きな窓の施錠もされていませんでした。 清掃については、ごみ袋、シーツ、アメニティの交換はされていましたが、床は掃除されているか不安になるくらいざらざらとした感じで、テレビ台の下にはレシートや薬なのかタブレットなのかわからないものが転がっている状況で残念でした。掃除機を自分でかければよいのですが、それだけではきれいにならず、拭き掃除をしたくても床拭き掃除用のワイパー本体はあっても、シートがない状態でした。小さなお子様連れには注意が必要かもしれません。"
