"The hotel surroundings is peaceful. Ample parking lots. The staff are friendly and patient. They were of great help when we had a medical emergency. We booked 3 rooms, 2 were connecting type. Cosy and spacious (enough). Big window with lots of greenery outside. Sheets were clean and the mattresses were just nice so we had two good nights’ sleep. We all wished we had more nights here. Highly recommended if you drive."

"Great value. Easy to go to from the airport: 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Plenty dinning options around. Japanese breakfast is very good. "
