"I stayed here during my vacation in Tokyo and had a great experience. The staff were professional and welcoming. The location was very convenient close to Shinagawa Station and not far from Haneda Airport which made getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the Japanese newspaper delivered every morning. It was a perfect place to relax during my trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The only thing I wished for was more casual restaurant options within the hotel."

"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service at Shinagawa Prince Hotel We stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel for 4 nights when we first arrived in Tokyo, then returned for 1 more night after spending 5 nights in Kyoto — and everything about our stay was fantastic. Before returning, we had arranged to leave 2 large suitcases at the hotel, and they stored them for free during our Kyoto trip, which was incredibly helpful. When we returned for our final night, there was a small issue with our reservation — our daughter was not included — but the front desk staff handled it promptly and kindly. They managed to find us a room with three beds, which made our last night in Japan very comfortable and stress-free. The location next to Shinagawa Station is ideal for getting around Tokyo and to the airport. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the overall experience made us feel well cared for. Highly recommended, especially for families. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"The property is unbelievable. The location is beautiful and right across the street from the Tokyo Tower. This is a luxury hotel and the staff is more than 5 stars! The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch. This hotel is located in a park and has several shrines on site to walk through. The area is Ginza and easy to take car service, uber, taxi anywhere you want to go. Everything is nearby. I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and will definitely be staying here on my return to Tokyo. "
