"Last minute booking and what a great little find. Room was spacious and beds comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Shower was pretty low pressure but got us all clean and in all we had a great stay. Location is brilliant, 10 mins walk to the beach and 15/20 mins walk into Whitby centre. Only downside is no breakfast available but plenty of places in Whitby for this. "

This room is reached by 6 flights of stairs of varying lengths (it is on the 3rd floor), so not for the infirm or those with heavy luggage. "Lovely hotel close to Scarborough sea front and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Wonderful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Excellent full English breakfast! Booked a sea view with a four poster bed, room had lots of character with everything we needed. Didn’t hear any noise from other guests. The hotel even has a beautiful garden to relax in.
