These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. Whether in the lobby, coffee shop, bar area, or at the front desk, every interaction was met with smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help. "Our room was on the very backside behind a Waffle House. Our parking spot was right up against the metal stairway which made it very difficult to get in and out that side of the car. Staff was friendly. Only hot item for breakfast were sausages. No eggs. Did have a waffle maker. Noise from nearby trains was annoying. "
