We loved everything about this place. One of the cleanest and most maintained resorts. The staff here is very nice and treat you like family. If you’re coming here, we recommend you stay in the over water villas, the ocean views are amazing and it’s very convenient having a pool and still having full access to the ocean water. The food is also the best, and all the amenities they have here are what will really make your trip. We will definitely be coming back to this resort!

تم افتتاح الفندق عام ٢٠٠٩م وكما هو واضح لم تتم أية عمليات تجديد للفندق ، لذلك نجد الأثاث قديم نوعاً ما ولا يتماشى تماماً مع الطابع العام لمستوى الفنادق المنافسة من فئة ٥ نجوم . وأيضاً طاقم الفندق والعاملين ليس لديهم إحترافية في التعامل مع النزلاء ، وإنما يتضح جلياً أنهم حديثي المهنة ولا تتوفر لديهم مقومات المضيف المحترف ، لذا نجد جودة خدمة العميل منخفضة نوعاً ما . وبالنسبة لمركز الغوص المختص بالنشاطات البحرية ، لم تتيسر الفرصة لمشاهدة الدلافين أو صيد الأسماك بسبب المبالغة في الإحتياطات من الظروف المناخية وهو ما فوت علينا فرص عديدة لإستغلال الإقامة في الفندق بشكل مثالي . وكما أود التنويه هنا بأن مركز الرياضات البحرية والمختص بتأجير الدبابات البحرية والقوارب وخلافه يقدم أسعاراً غير منطقية ومبالغ بها جداً جداً وهو مايترك للعميل شعور بالرغبة بإستغلاله مالياً مع الأسف. آمل من إدارة الفندق النظر في هذه الملاحظات بالجدية المطلوبة ، وإعادة النظر في مستوى الإحتياطات من الظروف المناخية ، والأسعار المقدمة من مركز الرياضات البحرية ، وجودة الخدمة المقدمة من طاقم العمل ، ولكم كل الشكر والتقدير . The hotel was inaugurated in 2009 and it is clear that no renovations have been made to the hotel, so the furniture is a bit old and not quite in line with the general character of the standard of competing 5-star hotels. Also the hotel staff are not professional in dealing with guests, but it is clear that they are new and do not have the level of a professional host, so we find the quality of customer service is somewhat low.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the views from our sunset villa were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the villa every evening was unforgettable. A special thank you to Naazish, who took care of us during our stay. He fulfilled all our wishes, was always available, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The housekeeping staff was also amazing - the room was cleaned twice a day and everyone was incredibly kind. The only negative point was the all-inclusive package. Almost all promotional photos show seafood and seafood dishes, but none of that was actually included and had to be paid extra. The only fish included during lunch and dinner was usually one basic type of fish prepared in different ways. We even complained during our stay because it honestly feels misleading and unfair to guests. We asked them if they would expect to eat mainly chicken and beef when going to a tropical island resort by the ocean, and even they agreed the answer was no. They only offered small gestures to calm the situation, which we declined, because we believe changes should apply equally to all guests. At the very least, the hotel should clearly state in the all-inclusive description exactly what is and isn’t included, so guests do not expect seafood to be part of the package because of the marketing photos.
