Relax and Enjoy this Bali Boho stylish condo in the Heart of Gainesville, right off I-75 and 3 miles from UF. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself--2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. With the extra beds, the condo can accommodate up to 9 guests. This is the perfect spot to access everything the Gainesville area offers; it's near shopping, eating, natural springs, and down the road from UF. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.



The Space:

The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!



This updated, Bali Boho concept-designed condo features two bright double Master Bedrooms with en-suite baths and greenery views and half bath downstairs.



The main bedroom mattresses are queen-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a sofa bed and a super comfortable daybed pullout trundle. Additionally, we have a twin-sized floor mattress available. With 6 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 9 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



In the condo, you'll find hard flooring downstairs, high ceilings, nature views, 150 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED Smart TVs where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows.



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.



This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!



Parking is free in front of the building.



Guest Access:

Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.



The Neighborhood:

We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!)



Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville.



We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away).



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.



Other Things to Note:

- NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

- NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

- NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

- NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

- We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

- We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

- If requested, the sofa sheets will be inside the sofa; pull the long cushion upwards

- You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

- Guests must climb stairs to enter the unit and access the bedrooms; no wheelchair accessibility

- Potential for noise: near Interstate 75; light sleepers may be affected

- Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.



Some reservations are subject to a credit card authorization hold for damage, excessive cleaning, and incidentals



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the space completely to yourself! I will always be available by phone and my sister, the co-host, is available locally while I am gone.
