Stayed here for a football game it wasn’t too far from campus it was good for sleeping for those nights and the rooms were good, bathroom was a little dirty but honestly for the price we paid and the weekend it was I didn’t mind
The room was clean and cold when we got there. Everything was availabile and was enough to last for our 2 day stay. There was a picnic table area and the pool was crystal clear but i wasn't there to swim. The staff was friendly and available.
It was very nice and clean, especially for one night stay. The front desk JQ had superb customer service. Beware the bed might sway and creak but if you can get passed that you will enjoy the stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The refrigerator was awesome, for an in-room frig. There actually was a separate freezer compartment and freezer door above the frig, and the freezer actually kept our freezer blocks frozen. The water pressure was good. Otherwise, the facility was adequate, not luxurious. Attention should be given to the slick and slippery floor of the bath tub (for the sake of safety), and the black mold on the ceiling above the shower head, which suggests a plumbing leak from the second floor.
Quick and easy check in, but the room was dirty on the floor and bathroom and smelled strongly of cigarette smoking.

Disliked: Amenities
We arrived just before midnight and felt safe checking in using the outside window. The room was clean, but definitely at the cheaper end of the spectrum of hotel rooms. This is normally fine but, we did not sleep at all due to the paper thin walls and the loud couple next door. Their tv was loud all night and they literally had sex all night, went at it about every 30 min, and smoked a joint after each "event". And we were on the non smoking side of the building. Finally left at 6 am after maybe a total 2 hours of sleep. And, yes, they had just "finished" again. We realized this couple were likely on other drugs too. The manager was sympathetic but his manerism implied that this type of patron was not uncommon.
Room was very clean and updated, very quiet evening no issues. Bed was Comfortable. They do not offer Breakfast however there is an IHOP across the street. If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again..
Decent little place. We just needed a quick one night stay place. Booked for the cheap price, wasnt expecting much. Lobby isnt great but rooms werent bad at all. Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy. If you need fancy not your place. Great for a quick stay and decent price.

Clean budget hotel
I booked this very budget hotel as a stopover on a longer road trip knowing I didnt want to spend a lot of money. The main issue I had with the property was that the room was not kept air conditioned until I checked in, so that upon entering it was very hot and musty smelling. I asked to change rooms, but got the idea that this was just standard practice. Luckily, by the time I got back from grabbing something to eat, the room was cooled down and the desk clerk had sprayed some kind of freshener.
Other than this, the room was clean, the linens a bit sparse, but serviceable.
Clean, and quiet. Great affordable spot to sleep for attending a competition at the Alchua Sports Complex (10 min drive away). Handful of fast food restaurants and IHOP nearby. This is not a “high-dollar hotel” but is a good, no frills, place to lay your head. The staff was professional/friendly, room was clean and not in disrepair though it is an older facility. I the hotel was pretty full but they honored our request for
