"Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10"

"I spent 4 weeks in this most comfortable townhouse. The house sits next to the River Trent, with incredible views of the river from the master bedroom and the lounge. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated. The location is next to Gainsborough, with a handy Co-Op just a few minutes walk away.The landlords, Jeremy and Kelly, were super helpful, and very welcoming. The big bonus was having a cleaning lady (Kath) come in every Friday to clean the house, change the bedding and leave clean towels.I would not hesitate to stay here again!!!David R."

"Ideally situated in town centre. Heating only came on during our second night of our stay. Pub is undergoing some refurbishment so will only get better. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our stay was during a very busy halloween celebration so this affected the stay. The pub itself was noisy though this did not affect the accommodation and the room was very quiet Overall we would use the same accommodation and would recommend the venue. "

"What an absolute delight. This hidden jem of a property is the perfect place to escape from the world for some time spent in the tranquility of nature. Set within a secure acre filled with fruit trees, the property was perfect for myself and my dogs. The cabin itself is perfectly formed with everything you need and built with love. The hosts are lovely, friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property for a short break and plan to visit again! "

"We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!"

"The property is ideally located to explore all areas of Lincolnshire, it is situated in a lovely village with good amenities. The property was very welcoming, clean and very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is very nicely decorated, had a comfy sofa and bed and was very pleasant to go back to after a day exploring. We would certainly recommend the property and would love to stay again in the future."
