"This place is amazing.Everything you need and the peace and tranquility makes this the perfect place.our two border collies absolutely loved the free space to run around and I think they enjoyed it as much as we did.Host was very nice and friendly and explained everything so we had no worries. Thank you"

"What a cracking pub. What more do you want from a place to stay than have a legendary boozer right below you. The land lady was very friendly and polite, rooms were basic but clean and perfect for my needs. They do a cracking pint downstairs too. Staying again next week for work it was that good and the prices resonable."

"MAGICAL VENUE WITH HISTORIC INTEREST All wonderful. Dot is an amazing host. Our room & bathroom were "top notch". Extra interest as this premises was an "old Grammar School" dating back many years. Hence very quirky features including the old school bell, just outside our bedroom window. We were dining out but used "the bar" on our return . (I can recommend the lovely Rose blush wine!) Breakfast was superb too. We shall return."

"I spent 4 weeks in this most comfortable townhouse. The house sits next to the River Trent, with incredible views of the river from the master bedroom and the lounge. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated. The location is next to Gainsborough, with a handy Co-Op just a few minutes walk away.The landlords, Jeremy and Kelly, were super helpful, and very welcoming. The big bonus was having a cleaning lady (Kath) come in every Friday to clean the house, change the bedding and leave clean towels.I would not hesitate to stay here again!!!David R."

"What an absolute delight. This hidden jem of a property is the perfect place to escape from the world for some time spent in the tranquility of nature. Set within a secure acre filled with fruit trees, the property was perfect for myself and my dogs. The cabin itself is perfectly formed with everything you need and built with love. The hosts are lovely, friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property for a short break and plan to visit again! "
