"Very comfortable and well equipped"

"Bar menu was very limited & the dining room was closed. The room was poor even though it was supposed to be an ‘executive double .’ I really don't think the room had been serviced correctly after the previous guest . I needed to ask for a clean duvet cover. That says it all. However , the receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful. Apparently the hotel is due to be refurbished & in my humble opinion that cant come soon enough . Great view though !! "

"Hotel was stoplessly clean. Check in quick and easy. Room was spacious, and again spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast the next day was delicious Highly recommend 5 stars from me."

"Overall stay spoiled by slow service at dinner in restaurant.48minutes between ordering and first course being served.I had to go to staff to find out what was happening.The same happened to a couple on the next table.Very poor communication from staff.Spoiled the meal."

Because I had booked 5 separate rooms for colleagues, I initially thought my card had been skimmed because it was taken in five separate transactions. I'd selected pay at property so each colleague could pay separately - which added more inconvenience when it was all taken from my account"
