"I've stayed in many B&Bs in my life, and I can confidently say this is one of the best experiences I've had. The place is perfect, spotlessly clean, the hostess welcomed us with charm (and gave excellent advice), and the breakfast was delicious. Every detail is carefully thought out, right down to the binoculars available at the entrance. Too bad I have to cross the ocean to come back!"

"My friend and I stayed at Loch Maree Hotel for a night before we went over to the Isle of Skye and our experience was amazing! Duncan was so sweet and funny and made the stay memorable. The views of the lake are beautiful and everyone else staying at the hotel were friendly and loved to chat. The food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast - both great. I wish we could have stayed longer! Next time I'll have to bring a boat that's not filled with water to explore the lake. "

"I chose the Bothy based on the location and the incredible views shown in the listing photos - the photos definitely don't do justice to the views from the property!We loved the spacious interior and immaculate condition of everything. There are lots of thoughtful details throughout, including the hammock, log store, and outdoor seating. Opportunities for wildlife spotting from the Bothy were perfect (porpoise, otter, seals). Many thanks to Andrew for the helpful information pre-arrival, and a pleasure to meet you during the week! We do hope to return! "
