Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. We stayed here for 1 night and it did the trick. Nothing fancy, smaller room but very clean and updated. Perfect for one night. The owner was helpful and friendly upon arrival and check out. Close to town to walk around and many restaurants nearby too.

The Bunkhouse was a quiet and quaint space with a handy location. The room was finished to a terrific standard and was certainly cleaned well. It gives you great access to the Highlands and islands and the corran ferry literally couldn't be any closer. The communal area was well equipped for cooking and had everything to make a great cuppa after a long day exploring. We didn't get to try to eatery's delights nearby but I'm sure it would be worth a try if it matches the standard of the Bunkhouse

Great find. Tucked away and yet convenient. Comfortable room, clean and well decorated with good faciliies and lovely DIY breakfast delivered to your fridge which means you can have a leisurely start to the day. Taking the ferry across the loch for dinner and back - that's a first!
