Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "The Hotel was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Design is very nice, everything was super clean, the beds were really comfortable. The check in and communication was super easy and quick. As it was quite hot in the room (top floor) in summer, it would have been nice to have a fan of some sort. We will definitely come back and try out the breakfast. Thank you."
