"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and had no other complaints, but two improvements would make this hotel truly excellent: 1. Vegetarian/vegan breakfast options. Breakfast consisted mainly of bread. I understand bread is a staple in the Netherlands, but I mentioned at the time of booking that we are vegetarian, and no special arrangements were made. When we raised this on the first day, we were told the options were bread, cheese, fruit, vegetables, and butter. Simple hot dishes such as fries, hash browns, or pasta could easily be prepared in a vegetarian version. As the hotel is in a remote location with no nearby alternatives, we ended up living on bread and butter for two days, which was especially difficult with a 4-year-old child. At this price point, small touches like these would make a big difference. 2. Transport to the nearest bus or train station. Since the hotel is quite far from everything, a shuttle service to the nearest bus or train station would be very helpful for guests."

"Fantastic hotel - sparkling clean, helpful staff, well priced drinks and snacks, lots to keep the kids occupied AND free to use washing machine/tumble drier. LOVED our 1 night stay and pit stop, only wish it had been longer. Incredible value for money, would recommend to anyone."

"An absolutely perfect stay!From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went completely out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. As for the accommodation, the rooms were perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Budget hotel currently undergoing a refurb as it desperately needs one! Check in is next door at the Campanile, and was dealt with efficiently. Rooms were clean but very, very tired. As workers were refurbing one floor the stairs and landings were dirty. Restaurant at the Campanile was good but closes early."
