"We will never stay at Bastion Hotels again. There was a dirty smell on the carpet in the hall way. The room had poor lighting. The shower head broke and came off. The cost of the breakfast was excessive and for the cost there was little selection. We have had a free breakfast at other locations. We did have free parking. The entrance to the hotel was hard to navigate with steep narrow steps up to the door. The hotel was fenced off due to construction. The best thing was the friendly pleasant staff. It is the management and cleanliness that caused us to never want to stay there again. And the cot of the breakfast was too high!"

"Beautiful hotel located in a park with an easy walk to central Eindhoven. The desk staff were particularly helpful sorting out an issue with the automated parking machine saving a lot of inconvenience and a potentially expensive parking ticket. The food is excellent."

"My stay was just an overnight stop - but I can recommend this hotel for having comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries & welcoming staff. One important thing to note, especially if you are traveling with kids, is that car parking is in the residential streets around the hotel. This is free of charge after 21:00h and before 09:00h the next day - but I arrived just before 22:00h and had to park about 0.6 mile away. The weather was fine... but, on a rainy/cold night, this wouldn't be much fun. (You can drop people & bags off before you go to find a parking space). Despite this one issue, it's a nice town and a decent hotel."
