Oakmont Lodge is 1 mile from the GTA Owners Club and a 7 mile drive to downtown Galena. This home is dog-friendly, with a max of two dogs w/a pet fee.

When you walk in you will fall in love with the high ceilings and lodge feel. Sit back and relax before the fire or enjoy our 55" Smart TV. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. Our kitchen is stocked and ready for you to entertain. The frig with ice maker, large gas stove and huge 3 sink, will make prepping and cooking a breeze. Our dining room table seats 12 people for meals, games and easy conversation. Next step into the game room and find another amazing spot for everyone to be together. You will find a pool table, seating, flat screen TV, arcade game & wooded views of the outdoors. Step to the rear of the main level and you will enjoy the private and quiet Master bedroom space. A king bed with two closets and access to the en suite bathroom are everyone's favorites. The recently remodeled Master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, double sinks and double showers one being a rain shower. Relax and enjoy! You will have access to the backyard, where you will find comfortable seating and a large outdoor hot tub that is available for use year-round, along with a small rock fire pit. When you head upstairs to the second level you will find 4 large bedrooms that feature en suite bathrooms - no sharing bath space here. Three of the 4 bedrooms have King beds and one has 2 Queen beds so absolutely everyone in the group can sleep in a bed. Every bedroom has its own screen TV with Mediacom cable. There is plenty of room to bring sleeping bags or air mattresses if you wish but we cannot sleep more than 12 people. Please note guests do have access to the 3 car garage at this home. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for overflow. Pet-friendly homes do require a $150 pet fee.

Enjoy access to the GTA Owners Club during your stay. Indoor pool open year-round; outdoor pool open Memorial Day–Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners & their guests. The Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena and The Shenandoah Riding Center. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance. Staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due to their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel before the 14 days, you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receipt to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible; we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days before check-in. The provider is CSA.

Check-in details, including the home address, access code, and local info, are emailed 3 days before arrival. Early check-in isn’t guaranteed and can only be requested the night before or day of arrival.

Great family vacation

Main living area is all on one level... great for little kids. Access to both indoor and outdoor pools makes weather a non-issue. Fire pit with firewood provided was very nice. Bathrooms in every bedroom was a luxury.

This place is very spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more! Every spacious bedroom had its own full bathroom. The game room was a plus as well as patio, firepit and hot tub in back! Would definely recommend this place and would go back!

It is close to the golf courses and you have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club pool. There are 5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The yard is quiet and perfect for morning coffee. We saw turkeys and deer from the patio. The game room is a wonderful thing to have on site. Everything was very clean and had all of the things we needed. With the garage empty and two driveways there is ample parking.

Galena Family Reunion

The game room was a great entertainment room with video games, pool, shuffleboard, chairs/tables and a TV. The property was located only minutes from the Owners Club and had 8-10 passes available. The outdoors had a nice hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. There was a storm the night before our check-in, but the owner and management team did a great job of clean upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again. The Owners Club was awesome. There were two pools - one for the little kids. The main pool had nice water slides for the older kids. The clubhouse had an indoor basketball court, ping pong tables, great exercise room and much more. The onsite grille had burgers, chicken strips, beverages, etc. at very reasonable prices.

The weather was very scary at times to say the least. 90 mile per hour winds and side ways rain made for an interesting nite. the small tree by the driveway was cracked in two, the BBQ on the PAtio was blown over and moved. it was just an amazing storm!!! But we all Loved the stay and will repeat next year!

We loved staying here with our grown kids and grandkids. We were also there 3 years ago and noticed the improvements since then. The new firepit is great! The new microwave was a welcome sight. As before, the game room and the hot tub were something everyone loved. Everything was clean and ready for us.One thing that we wanted to point out for future guests is the oven itself is quite small, and we had a hard time finding pans in the kitchen that fit the oven. Pretty hard to heat up multiple trays of french fries for example. Also it seems to run hotter than it was set for. Other than that we were very pleased and hope to return in the future.

Great Group Getaway

Family Weekend

We've stayed at this property two years in a row now, and it was just as perfect as the first time. Having a bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and game room all on the main level is something we find hard to come by for our extended family gatherings, and this location was perfect. Great location, quiet, easy to find, and super clean.

Another dream time for family!

Second stay here was every bit as great as the first last fall. Wonderful space indoors and out. Plenty of bedrooms with en suites. And with access to the Owners Club facilities, there was plenty for all.

Plenty of room and the game room and hottub were a Hugh hit! Everyone had plenty of room and so much to do. We could all sit down at the Hugh dining set and eat together as a family.
