"This was a clean, quiet place with a spacious double room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. The a/c was great and very quiet. The breakfast was basic and the added social hour with snacks and wine in the evenings was nice. The hotel sits near lots of shopping and dining options. There is an interesting system of pedestrian bridges that is nice but you have to figure out how to get to it to use them and enjoy without having to cross the busy street. "

"Good experience, everything was smooth and the workers very polite, it had a very good breakfast compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. If the hotel add a mini fridge, a microwave in the room and update the architecture on the hallway it would become one of the best stays in the city. Another good thing is that it is close to a nice site of the city of San Padró de Garza "

Employees in the restaurant of the hotel were amazing!! great attention just one lady in the reception was a little bit rude but the rest of the employees and most of the staff were amazing , friendly and helpful. We had a leaking in the bathroom and they sent someone and get it fixed in less than 5 minutes is amazing how well they take care of the leak. Excellent service !!! Excellent hotel !!! "

"This place has great service! All of their staff were friendly. The amenities helped us a lot as we extended our stay. Being able to take the shuttle they offer, washing clothes, breakfast was good, and a/c / heater helped. Would recommend this place to others!"

"The staff is very helpful, the rooms are modern & spacious and loved they had a dishwasher. They have room service until midnight. Used the gym and it had plenty of machines to get a full workout and nice view of the city, we also used the laundry room, in order to use it you have to pay $85 pesos & they provide token & it includes detergent. Great place to stay"
