"We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. "Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. "I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didn’t have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didn’t want to give me a voucher, they didn’t even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone. "
