"Great house for a stay in Germantown. The location was perfect and easy to get everywhere. House was everything we needed, will definitely stay here again"

"The place itself is great and is easily walkable many bars and restaurants. However, it is directly next to a homeless shelter and a soup kitchen. Most of the homeless people hang out across the street from the condo during the day. I would not feel safe walking at night by myself in the area."
