"Loved it! Great price, location, layout, and experience. Only thing you need to be aware of is that other rental apartments are on both sides. One was pretty loud at night one of the nights. Overall, would definitely stay there again. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The best part is the fabulous rooftop deck- plenty of comfortable seats, big table and grill and a really nice fire pit. We also found the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was large and easy to use for all of us. The condo was clean and has lovely big windows. It is in a very convenient location to the Gulch, 12S area, and not far from Broadway. It is in an up-and-coming neighborhood near Belmont. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Location was great....close to downtown. The condo was fantastically furnished and decorated. Some wear and tear but it is a VRBO...nothing to be concerned about at all. Owners were very easy to communicate with and replies quickly which is all very good when you're coming from a long distance and day of travel."
